The knowledge the floristic species are primary indicators for wildlife management conservation. present study surveyed ethnobotany plants, possible environmental threats, traditional conservation practices rural people remote barangays Sta. Praxedes, Claveria, Sanchez Mira, Pamplona Abulug employed a field-based cross-sectional design. Forty-eight plant belonging to 42 families, mainly Moraceae, Solanaceae, Amaranthaceae Cucurbitaceae, were harvested by communities areas. Among identified species, trees perennials reported be most dominant. significant proportion grows lowland. Fruits leaves parts consumed raw or cooked. phenological calendar was developed relation specific months when edible available harvest within sites. Agricultural land expansion development, overexploitation wildlife, excessive rainfall greatest threats diversity. Considering importance these resources, locals primarily keep protect them from potential through harvesting use selected plants parts, collecting firewood dead fallen trees, domesticating cultivating plants.
